The Queensland Caravan, Camping and Touring Holiday Show (Other)

Queensland caravan show to showcase latest and greatest

Travel enthusiasts are expected to roll into Brisbane’s RNA Showgrounds in their tens of thousands when one of Australia’s largest caravan exhibitions, the Queensland Caravan, Camping and Touring Holiday Show, sets up camp between 5 and 11 June 2013.

Showcasing the latest for holidaymakers and road travelers, the show continues to be staged at Brisbane’s iconic RNA Showgrounds in areas unaffected by the current redevelopment.

Reflecting the continued popularity of touring holidays across couples, families and retirees, the show will cater for the budget camper through to the deluxe motorhome devotee.

The show will feature nearly 300 exhibitors showcasing the latest innovations, services, and destinations, along with informative and entertaining seminars and displays.

Last year, more than 70,000 people visited the show and organisers are expecting a similarly strong attendance this year with renewed interest in affordable Australian holidays.

Visitors to this year’s show will also have the opportunity to win a caravan, complete with a tinnie and outboard motor.

Today, there are about 400,000 caravans, motorhomes and camper trailers registered in Australia, making it one of the world’s most caravan-friendly countries. There are 112,000 registered in Queensland alone.
