Gundy Medical Muster (Other)
The Gundy Medical Muster is a conference (RACGP & ACRRM accredited) designed for GP’s, Health professionals, practice staff and medical students to network and engage in education with an interest in improving health outcomes in rural and remote areas.
Hosted by Goondiwindi Medical Centre together with the Darling Downs South West QLD Medicare Local the conference will be a unique forum for exchanging ideas and developing new skills with a rural focus.
The focus of this year’s event is “Food for Thought” with presentations from guest speakers on a number of topics including: food allergies and intolerances, obesity, diabetes, bariatric surgery, food and sleep and gastric balloons.
There will also be open forum sessions on the Saturday afternoon covering topics such as food allergies and anaphylaxis; diabetes, diet and sleep; and recognising eating disorders.

The Muster will be held at Goondiwindi Community Cultural Centre (cnr Russell & Short Streets, Goondiwindi)
