Boasting 7 bars, a bistro and dining room that cater for all tastes and budgets (Lunch 12-2 pm, Dinner 6-9pm) as well as a coffee shop serving hot and cold food and great coffee (10am-4pm), free wireless internet access; all open 7 days….and that is just the beginning.

The club has 5 conference and function rooms available for hire catering for groups up to 350 as well as a TAB lounge featuring sky channel and 10 screens – your racing needs are covered.

Apart from the obvious lawn bowls, the club also offers indoor carpet bowls, darts, pool tables, bingo, keno, pokies as well as regular bands and music for your entertainment.

Lightning Ridge Bowling Club is also home to the renowned outback Black Opal Classic Bowls Tournament held in October each year and boasting over $35,000 in prize money and hosts a further half dozen bowls carnivals during the year.
