Camping and Fishing in Clermont

Theresa Creek Dam, situated 20km from Clermont on the Rubyvale road, is an idyllic camping and fishing ground for travellers of all ages.
Camping is available for a small fee and the ground facilities include toilets, hot showers, barbeques, picnic tables, modern kids playground, boat ramps, and swimming areas. Sites are non Powered, campfires are allowed.
Take to the water on a sailboat, in a motor boat or on waterskis for some wet and wonderful fun.
There is a kiosk which stocks basic grocery items, and serves coffee and breakfast during the busy winter tourist season.
The dam is surrounded by native wildlife and its waters are fully stocked with Barramund and Red Claw (local crustacean)
