The Miles and District Historical Village is one of the finest in Australia. With over 30 buildings and countless displays this complex is a great place to spend a day and has now become an important tourist destination. The Village also features a world-class shell collection and lapidary display as well as a War Museum which features many items of interest from all wars in which Australian service men and women were involved. The Artesian Basin Centre is also a great point of interest.

Opening hours are from 8am to 5pm everyday except Christmas Day.
