About Boggabilla
Boggabilla it is a bit of a thriller

As you pass through town, you will be on the edge of your seat waiting in anticipation for a sign... it could be "turn left for Goodiwindi". There is not too much to see in Boggabilla, however, it does have some amazing creeks and is good for a quiet lunch or picnic spot.
Location, Location, Location!
Boggabilla is a small town of some 750 people on the Newell Highway, 118 km north-east of Moree, 9 km south-east of Goondiwindi. It sits on the NSW-Queensland border, by the banks of the Macintyre River.
Full of Creeks
According to Aboriginal legend, the name Boggabilla comes from Gamilaraay bagaaybila, literally "full of creeks". There is not too much to see in the township, however, the scenary and rivers can be absolutely magnificent.
