In reception you can find post cards, books about Lightning Ridge, teatowels, spoons and other souvenirs as well as visitor information. Daily tours of the Opal Fields are available on request.
The Wallangulla Motel is owned and operated by the Lightning Ridge Bowling Club which is located directly opposite and the offers members of other bowling clubs a 10% discount when staying at the Motel.
When you are at the Lightning Ridge Bowling Club you can charge all meals and drinks back to your motel room account.
We also cater for coach tours, sporting groups and charter groups.
